Medication Management & Counseling for Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD
The daily challenges of navigating life’s twists and turns can become overwhelming. There are seasons when your focus may fizzle out, your mood can shift like the sea, and anxiety might quietly creep in to mask the horizon. Suddenly, the pressure of the hard moments becomes loud enough to drown out the good ones. But you don’t have to power through it alone. Targeted medication management and counseling can help steady the ground beneath you and restore clarity and emotional well-being.
Are you or your child struggling with depression, anxiety, or ADHD? We're here to help.
We begin with understanding and judgment-free conversations and then, together, we create a plan customized to your life to help manage depression, anxiety, or ADHD.

When Therapy & Medication Work Well Together
At some point during your child’s mental wellness journey, you might sense that something is missing.
Maybe they need more support to go along with their therapy.
GoodMindrx, led by Jacques Benun, M.D., specializes in thoughtful medication management that complements ongoing therapy. It’s a collaborative, research-based approach that takes a holistic look at your child or teens’ needs, medical history, and everything in-between.
Dr. Benun offers psychiatric evaluations and medication support to children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep problems, or behavioral issues.
We collaborate with families, therapists, and schools to keep the treatment process coordinated, ensuring true continuity of care.
But when is it time to consider adding medication to therapy?
Medication may be helpful when:
Therapy is helping, but mental or physical blocks have stalled progress
Mood, focus, or sleep issues consistently disturb daily functioning
Emotional self-regulation and other symptoms feel unmanageable despite support
A child or teen needs additional stability to engage completely in daily life
Patients who can benefit from physician-managed medication often feel steadier and ready to flourish when therapy is combined with a medication plan.
