Our Scheduling Process

We offer several scheduling options to make the process simple and accessible.

  • Online

    You can schedule online at any time by visiting our team page and clicking the Scheduling Button for your chosen therapist. All therapists who are accepting new clients have buttons visible.

  • Phone

    You can call or text during our admin business hours Monday through Thursday 8 to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 to 3 p.m. CT.  After hours we have an answering service that can take your detailed messages. All calls will be returned during the next business day.

  • Deposit

    We collect a $50 deposit for all first sessions during the scheduling process. When you attend your first session, the $50 is applied to the session, copay, etc.  If you’re a lucky person with no copay, we refund the amount. For Self Pay, you will be required to prepay for your intake session to secure the appointment.

  • Online Portal

    During onboarding, you will receive access to our online portal where you will have the ability to schedule and manage all additional appointments. This portal is also where you will join all telehealth sessions. Please log in 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notification are a LATE CANCELLATION and will incur a fee of $30.  Active appointments that are not attended or 15 min late are considered a NO SHOW and will incur a fee of $50.
