Carlaina earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2024. She is committed to providing an open-minded, judgment-free, and client-centered approach in her work with every client.
Carlaina has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Her work across a wide range of ages has allowed her to support clients in navigating difficult seasons and reconnecting with their sense of self and direction. She has experience helping individuals facing life stressors, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, trauma, life transitions, addiction, and emotional or physical abuse.
